Ms. Eliyusta is a maritime researcher at Korea Maritime and Ocean University, the Founder and Executive Director of MEO. She also lectures on maritime-related courses across universities in Tanzania and Kenya. Her work focuses on strengthening East Africa’s maritime and inland-water economies. Through MEO, she champions gender-inclusive and sustainability-oriented approaches across the blue economy ecosystem

A maritime expert specializing in shipping economics, logistics, and port operations. He serves as the Secretary General of MEO. Previously, he worked as a Vessel Planner at MSC in optimizing cargo management. He is a strong advocate for youth and women's participation in the blue economy.
